The staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance with arranging transportation and providing useful information about the area. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to transportation options like buses and trains. Another great aspect was the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Although the staff was helpful, I didn't get any recommendations for good vegan restaurants or alternative places to eat. It would have been nice to have more choices for those following a vegan diet.
